As lifelong resident of the San Manuel Indian Reservation, Cruz was a loving Husband, Father, Son, Brother, and Uncle who was remembered as an honorable warrior. We thank Cruz and his family for making a difference in countless lives.
He grew up in the city of San Bernardino with his brother Santos and sister Luz. As a child, he enjoyed spending time with family and friends, always supporting and encouraging them to do their best.
He was an avid sports fan and played football in high school, where he met his wife, Vicky, whom he later married. They have four beautiful children: Shila, Nathany, Wee-Sha, and Quoymee.
Taken from us at an early age, his family continues to support his legacy of encouraging and supporting our youth to do their best despite the challenges they face.
Your'e donation to the Cruz Chacon Foundation Learning Center helps serve the underserved youth in the San Bernardino area, giving them a safe place to learn and grow into successful young adults prepared for life.
