The Cruz Chacon Foundation was founded in 1995 by a group of community members who recognized the need for a local organization dedicated to helping homeless individuals. Since then, we have grown into a thriving nonprofit, serving hundreds of individuals each year.

Our team is made up of dedicated professionals who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of those we serve. From case managers to outreach workers, we work together to provide comprehensive support to our clients.

To implement community development programs which provide educational opportunities, health

wellness, economic development and personal development opportunities for individuals in need. CCF engender positive cooperation efforts which support the individual development of our at-risk youth and families in need.
